And, about Food, Inc. That was a huge eye opener. Did you watch all the extras (that they couldn't get in the film) on it as well? All of those were equally amazing. I've heard people say they couldn't watch it ... I think that means they need to watch it more than ever. I love how his wisdom is changing the way folks think about food. His guidance just makes perfect sense, doesn't it? I don't have this book yet, but want to add it to my collection.
