I so enjoyed an “Earth Hour” evening last night with my dear friends.
Daniel made some fresh peach juice to start and Claudia whipped up the best raw spaghetti I’ve ever tasted – zucchini noodles with a tomato olive sauce, marinated mushrooms with cilantro served on a bed of greens. Delish! Then for dessert we made raw cacao mousse and banana pineapple ice cream with grape coulis sauce. Oh my!
