‘What’s in the Fridge’ Raw Nori Roll

I was looking in my fridge, trying to decide what to make. Cauliflower, mixed greens, sprouts, avocado...yay, raw nori roll!! So I took out my mini food processor and started tossing things in. This recipe makes one roll. I just got a new glass straw from Glass Dharma. Love it! :) I chose the 8" smoothie size with green decorative dots. The dots are key, so it doesn't roll off the counter and break. I just made these little raw canapes last weekend for friends. They were really yummy and cute. Rolling them up and tying them with the chive without tearing it - tricky! JUICE JA on Dewa Sita Street is a mellow hangout. They have free wi-fi and it isn't as crowded as Kafe. Pure and blended juices are on the menu and it's probably the only place that serves wheatgrass juice in Ubud. Water and Chocolate

Visited a beautiful water temple today where the water bubbles up from an underground spring. It's said to be holy where people come to bathe and drink. I wanted to get into the pool, but no other tourists did, so I wasn't sure if it was ok. I did drink from the spring though and it was good, clean and pure! After getting back to the car, our guide said I shouldn't drink it because "my stomach is not the same as a Balinese stomach." LOL. Oooooohhhh – I had a great wild water week!

First, I finally got out to the Underwater Observatory in Busselton, WA.
The jetty out to the observatory is 2km long and
a beautiful stroll “walking on water.”

I took a tour of the Underwater Observatory and saw some amazing ocean life – brilliant corals, schools of fish, stingrays, an octopus and a blowfish.

Then a few days later I went out boating and scuba diving. Right away, we saw dolphins swimming alongside the boat and FAST!!

Got my wetsuit on and into the cool clear water! It felt great after being on the boat under the hot 90F sun.

There was a school of dolphins in the area and even some baby calves and a penguin too believe it or not! Tooooo cute!

We were on the water for a good three hours and I was exhausted from all that swimming. Great cardio though and FUN!
