Week Two – Here We Come!

Today was a lovely lazy rest day. It’s overcast outside, so I didn’t feel guilty staying inside reading, surfing and puttering about.

This evening, I toyed with the idea of going to an AC class, but decided to give my muscle a full day of proper rest. So instead, I had the best candlelit Epsom salt bubble bath. It was heavenly! I’ll need all my strength because tomorrow I will be hitting it hard for the Week 2 home stretch of the RTP Group Shred 2.0.

P.S. Have you guys seen Buffed Stuff’s new pictures?!? She looks A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

    Love that skinny, muscularly photo of you today. Can really see you are doing some switching around of fat to muscle. Must be that those boot camp WOs are really tough? I did go see BUFF after your shout-out, and my goodness, what a change. She is so on her way too. I need to shake a leg and fast. Will remember what she said about her backside being in everyone´s face. She´s right…everyone behind us only sees that view. Hummm. Something to think about. Thanx for the tip on hemp and dulse. Hope to find some soon. Have a good Tuesday. Will be an interesting day there in the USA.

    The boot camps are a tough mix of strength and aerobic. Of course, the strength weight training is helping too. D

    Doesn't Buff look great? Did you see her before pic in her sidebar? Wow! Ad she didn't start until her 40s.

    Thank you Juli! Funny but the rest day was a bit “mentally” challenging. I know I need rest for muscles to grow, but feels unproductive NOT to train all day. Luckily, I rose to the challenge and was a lazy lima bean all day. LOL.
