The countdown is on. The 14-Day RTP Group Shred 2.0 Challenge kicked off today with 15 participants! Wow – that’s an awesome turnout of people.
I got off to a good start with Ashtanga this morning, strength training in the afternoon and athletic conditioning in the evening. My weak ankle has been acting up again, so I won’t be running for a few days but instead substituting it with athletic conditioning classes.
Oooo…I just got a new pair of sneakers made for over-pronators so I’m hoping this REALLY helps when I start running again in a few days! I miss my early morning frosty podcast jogs.
Diet has been good, but needs to be tracked closer. Will start keeping a closer eye on totals tomorrow. Can’t wait to see what the next 14 days will bring for all the challengers! Welcome all and let’s shred hard!
