I've always heard people proclaim that chocolate is high on the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) scale but I could never really find the proof - until now. I just got a new glass straw from Glass Dharma. Love it! :) I chose the 8" smoothie size with green decorative dots. The dots are key, so it doesn't roll off the counter and break. I just made these little raw canapes last weekend for friends. They were really yummy and cute. Rolling them up and tying them with the chive without tearing it - tricky! Lilla, I can´t get into the video. The whole thing is there with Carlos, and when I click on the middle bit, it goes black. What am I doing wrong? Did you see the Rawkathon with Happy Oasis? Was good, and am dying to know her age? Do you know? She looks so good, and they seemed to say she was older than we think. Another question. I can´t find a nut mylk bag, so what do you suggest I use? Surely you have seen other things in use. What do you think of the Juice Feasting idea?

Wasn't the Happy Oasis interview great!?! I met her in AZ. She is 45 yrs old and such a unique soul not of this earth. ALL the Rawkathon interviews that I saw were beyond my expectations! Exceptional information above and beyond just food talk.

Don't laugh but you can actually use a new pair of pantyhose and cut off a "leg" to strain with. LOL.

I think juice feasting is great BUT very very VERY tricky for long periods of time. If you're going to do it for 90 days, you've REALLY got to be prepared for it and know what you're doing. Make sure you are drinking enough and getting the omegas in as well. I've thought about trying it for 30 days but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Thanx so much Lilla for your info. I DID get into the part2 video just now and loved it. Wish I could find that mindset! Will definitely try that panty hose bit. That I DO have! I don´t know much about that juicing yet, but figure a day or two here and again might help. Might just do it today and see. Love all your videos and posts. Thanx again!
