Tour the Wooden Gym of Champion Bodybuilder Carlos DeJesus

Today I have a special treat! An insider tour of the “Wooden Gym” of Natural Bodybuilder World Champion Carlos DeJesus. Carlos designed and built all the wooden exercise equipment in his gym including a few original inventions. Some of you may be familiar with the Quad Blaster, but did you know that Carlos also invented the Ab-tomic Bomb and the Ham Slammer?

I got to try the Ab-tomic Bomb (lucky me!) and let me tell you, it isolates the abs like no other ab exercise I’ve done. My upper abs were burning. The Ham Slammer (love these names!) really targeted my hamstrings too because my toes were raised and it created a deeper stretch. Great stuff! Check out the vid for more info.

Hey! I just loved that video, and was enthralled with our very own Guru CARLOS showing us all his treasures and how they work. Soooo neat! That Ab-tomic machine looked particulary good to me. Easy and effective. Thanx LILLA for doing this for us. Worth a $$million$$ to see.
