(Actually, I think it all started with that grapefruit/garlic/spinach recipe.) Now, I add spinach to almost all of my fruit shakes and continue to be amazed at how little the flavor changes. It feels like sneaking massive amount of nutrients in without my tastebuds noticing. :-) I think you were the one who turned me on to adding spinach to all my shakes. It is funny. :D I think most people who don't drink veggie juices, won't think it tastes like chocolate at ALL because they are used to real chocolate. BUT for a vegan who doesn't eat chocolate, the juice does have a bit of a chocolatey flavor. Strange I know but it's all matter of what the palate becomes used to. Haha Juli! It is funny. :D

I think most people who don’t drink veggie juices, won’t think it tastes like chocolate at ALL because they are used to real chocolate. BUT for a vegan who doesn’t eat chocolate, the juice does have a bit of a chocolatey flavor. Strange I know but it’s all matter of what the palate becomes used to.
