		<description>You&#039;re right Andrew but sometimes I wish I was one of those lucky genetically gifted people who can eat whatever they want, never workout and still look great. The thought of having to keep up this intensity for the rest of my life isn&#039;t a happy one. I guess I just shouldn&#039;t project into the future.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Marathon dreams were sidelined when I injured my ankle. I just began jogging lightly again this past weekend.</description>

Sorry to hear about your head cold - that sure doesn&#039;t make it fun. &lt;br/&gt;The WSFL nutritition plan is pretty stringent, no? I&#039;m going to try my best to stick to it, except for a scheduled cheat this weekend at the raw festival.</description>
