By democratic consensus, the Shredder+ challenges will be set up monthly using all the challenge names submitted last month alphabetically. A big shout-out to Debbie for last month’s winning name “Tread2Shred.”

A new Shredder+ challenge for September is ready and waiting. The starting gun goes off at 12am EST on September 1st. This an exclusive event only for shredders, friends and family. So if you want in, you gotta go through me Kali Lilla, the Shredder+ bouncer. So wear something nice, kiss my ass and I MIGHT just let you in. (Bribes are welcome.) …Just kidding! All you have to do is send me your Nike+ id in a comment and I’ll let you in behind the ropes. I’m easy.

This challenge is by invitation only for the elite; the cream of the crop; the fair dinkum shredders who are out in the trenches day in and day out, shredding muscle and discarding fat – dadgum it!

First person to hit 100 miles wins the undying admiration of all their peers! What more could you ask for? Besides a 6-pack. Or buns of steel. Or ripdom. Or…oh never mind, JUST DO IT!
