		<description>Yea!  Green Smoothie Day.  Live and learn.  About time.  You are doing so good with your raw food eating, and so admire how you do it.  A gallon of juice?  I juiced a whole bag of carrots today and only got about a cup of juice from them.  I always add in lemon juice to give them some flavor.  Will be sure to try your new invention!&lt;br/&gt;You blog is just devine!&lt;br/&gt;Lynda</description>

It&#039;s pretty extreme. I&#039;ve tried to adapt my raw food diet to Warp Speed but it&#039;s not easy, so I&#039;m just doing my own raw version. My workouts will be 100% WS compliant but my diet will not be. So we&#039;ll see what kind of results my hybrid WS brings.</description>
