I used to look at the daily Crossfit exercises and think &quot;That&#039;s it?&quot; But when you actually DO them, they are tougher than they seem. &lt;br/&gt;I really like the simplicity of the Crossfit workouts which Warp Speed seems to emulate - like doing 10 minute rounds of back-to-back squat press and chin-ups. Tough! Builds muscle AND burns calories at the same time.</description>
