Let’s Make Mind Movies

August 30, 2008

A week ago, the link below “Manifest Your Dreams” was emailed to me from David Wolfe’s camp. I started to watch it, but got distracted. Today I received the SAME link again in an email from Frank Kern. These are two guys that I admire in their respective fields of expertise.
NOW two people were telling [...]

Nutrition and Metabolic Diagnostic Testing

August 22, 2008

Thanks to a tip from Michael: The Fat Burning Machine Blog, I went to the Kingsley Institute this morning to have some diagnostic tests performed and a consultation with a nutritionist. Unfortunately, the tests weren’t as comprehensive as Michael or Bec’s. They measured my height, weight, bodyfat and 30 minute resting metabolism – no moving [...]

Ingredients:

2 medium sweet red bell peppers
1.25 cups walnuts (soaked 1-2 hours in water)
1/4 cup golden flax seeds (do [...]
