221 – End of Trinity Mission

The Trinity Mission is coming to a close this evening. Got in some last minute cardio this tonight to try and make a dent in the final results.

Tomorrow morning I will be taking final stats and picture for my Turbulence Training contest submission. See you then and don’t forget to vote in the Shredder+ poll – runners and fans alike!

  • Jul 13 – 19: 5.27mi – 12″57′/mile – 434 calories

    I think I will be taking a little time off between missions. I totally agree with you. But then there's always that fear of regress. Sigh...

    Hey Lilla! Just checking in and sending you some good vibes. Hope the ankle is healing and your spirits are high.


    I just have to throw this tidbit out there - take it for what it's worth: I think a reflective break between missions or challenges is as important as the mission itself. Reconnecting to your PRW or finding a new one is vital to the success of your next challenge.



    I've never been very motivated by the "challenge" mindset, but I do know that every couple of months I need to get grounded back to center and reconnect to my passions and feel the spark of life's energy again. Meditation, vacation, hypnosis, whatever.
