This is where the magic happens! Haha. Well, not exactly magic, more like torture but I like to give it a positive spin.
7:30am on the track. Not many people – niiice – but already nearly 80F degrees. I must get out there earlier. In the background are the bleachers where I like to incorporate some step-running 2xs up and down every 1/4 mile. It’s not many steps, maybe 25, but they’re tough in the middle of a run!
I filmed the below clip at my park in response to Adam Waters: RTP-Blog 2.0 July 4th post. Thought I would show him how rugby is REALLY played and maybe those Aussies can pick up a tip or two. At least, I think it’s rugby or an attempt at it.
