Day 179 – What Do You Want to Do with Your Life?

I am doing 10 things:

  1. live passionately & love generously 1 person
  2. stop procrastinating 22566 people
  3. eat healthier 7868 people
  4. be physically strong 8 people
  5. meditate 1830 people
  6. leave my city once a month, leave my country once a year 343 people
  7. write more, write better 224 people
  8. make movies 243 people
  9. learn to play the guitar 10447 people
  10. become financially independent 4298 people

I was literally sidelined today due to the most intense case of DOMS I have ever experienced! Sitting down and getting up is so torturous, it makes me wince and laugh at the same time. I knew I was overdoing it yesterday but I felt like I had to “catch up” for being so lax with my workouts and letting myself slide. I just kept pushing and pushing, fully knowing it was too much for one day.

Well, now it’s backfired because I had to cancel all my training plans today. I walked 3 blocks to the supermarket and that took a lot of effort. I feel like a little old lady today hobbling along – lol. Going to bed early.

By the way, what do YOU want to do with your life?

    Severe DOMS is no fun. Yes, you broke down the muscle but not good when it interferes with daily tasks.

    What do I want to do with my life…lots of things but need more focus and clarity to get them in motion.

    I want to figure out what my true purpose or gift is.

    I want to find balance in my life.

    I want my outside to match how I envision myself to be in my mind.
