Did my TT2K5 workout in the morning and a quick run in the evening. I feel like I should have given it more effort though. A bit of a lackluster day. I need to ramp up my consistency and start logging calories and measuring food again. I did this consistently in Kauai, but have just been “eyeballing” it recently and I think it’s halting any progress. I weighed in at 105lbs today so no change this week.
