Day 107 – Beach Body Blast-off!

Here we go, here we go, here we go again! I’m revved up for the Beach Body Shred with my galpals – the NY4: Suzette, Joni and Debbie. This mission will run for 8 weeks just in time for skin-baring, fun & daring, bikini-wearing season.

    The points system is a way of holding oneself accountable and tracking compliance to the plan you have committed to doing. It helps keep you on track and it is very motivating to reach the highest possible score daily. Also the fact that it’s public, ramps up your drive because others are watching to see if you do what you say you are going to. A very powerful tool!
