Cool Debbie! Can't wait to hear about your road trip. If you see her, can you get her autograph for me? ;)

I've not been there before Lilla but have heard of it. I think I'll be taking a road trip soon!

    Hey Debbie!
That's my secret advantage over all my TT competitors - I've got the Shreddersphere supporting me!

I think Valerie is part owner of that health food cafe in Ohio. Have you ever been there?
  • Lilla
    Thanks Kelv!
Nothing like the pressure of moving across an ocean during the most critical time of my shred to keep me on my toes!

When are you going to post some pics and ramp up that accountability? I'll be watching! ;)

Hi Lilla, you will make an awesome TT transformation. You have all us shredders cheering you on.

btw: checked out the website of your dream bod Valerie and she works at a health food cafe/restaurant not far from me. Isn't that strange?

Yes, I know fasting is a tough one for a lot of people to grasp. I think intermittent fasting is safe - metabolism will not come to a screeching halt for one day and signal starvation. And longer term fasts (4-21 days) for a healthy individual can be beneficial once or twice a year WITH rest. I found that the "danger" comes when one is relatively healthy and doing fasts one after the other like I did in the past.

But for terminally ill people, I think juice fasting long-term up to 90 days can work miracles in many cases.

Loved the video, Lilla. You're so cute :-) I'm still trying to wrap my mind around fasting. It seems to fly right in the face of eating 5 to 6 times a day to keep your metabolism revved and to avoid the starvation response.
