Day 88 – No More Body Fat!

…readings that is. I sold my bodyfat scale on Saturday so now I won’t know my bodyfat or lean muscle % until I reach my condo in NJ. I did however weigh myself on the garage scale and drum roll please…….I lost another 1.2lbs! Woohoo – not bad for “a little scrapper” (a nickname from another one of my TT friends.) I’m down to an even 106lbs. Waist and hips are also minus .5″ each.

So now I just need to lose 3lbs per week until ECSS. Maybe I should get a buzz cut? This hair has GOT to weigh at least a pound or two.

Yesterday, I started TT 2K5 along with advanced TT intervals. It felt good to switch things up again. I’ll also be adding in some more steady-state cardio, lowering carbs and upping protein this week.

Oh and one more thing, a la resident shredders Mike and Mike, I will NOT be posting pictures until the big reveal the day after our meeting with Tom Venuto on March 25th. Just writing this makes me feel the pressure of having to show some discernible differences in a short period of time. (Now where did I put that liposuction brochure? LOL.)

Universe – I’m so grateful for this opportunity to enhance my health and well-being. Please help me melt all this fat from my body and bring me down to 16% bodyfat. Thank you for providing the resources, strength and willpower I need to stick to my plan and surpass my weekly goal next Monday. Rockets of desire deployed!!!
