Every day I post my workout and nutrition log on the TT forum and somehow Craig Ballantyne always has the uncanny ability to write encouraging words EXACTLY when I need it the most.

He actually takes the time to read my boring nutrition and workout logs and whenever I ask I question, he’s on it! But it’s not just me. He goes around to everyone’s log and takes a sincere interest in helping them all. I hope someday that I can share some knowledge and provide the same kind of lift to others, that he gives to so many. It’s amazing the power that a few words from a mentor can have.
