hi, nice videos you have posted. I'm sorta new to raw foods and have only been so for a couple of months now. In a way I'm on my own personal quest in finding the right balance way to eat and still reach higher levels of health. So its been interesting so far lol, but of course I still need to “ADD” in more nutrient dense foods. Trying to following Daniel's work in Elixir crafting which I believe is a really good way to get medicine and other nutrients into the body. Is there easy access in foraging mushroom in your area?

    Hi Ernesto!

First, I want to thank you for reading my blog and commenting. :)
As far as wild mushroom foraging in the tri-state area, I think it is relatively easy IF you know what to look for (unlike a newbie like me!)

I list a few organizations that can help out under my Resources tab. For NY area, check out “Foraging with the Wildman” and the Mycological Association. I hope to attend one of their foraging tours in the Spring.

For raw milk, cage-free eggs, etc, I like UdderlyMilk because they deliver right to my door from organic local farms in the area. I wrote a post about them a few weeks back if you want to take a look.

Stay in touch. Would love to hear how you're getting along. :)

wow thank u for the info kali =).. it help alot!!.. after reading alot on Weston A. price, I have felt that I've been missing out. Before going into raw foods, I was a bodybuilder and had lost alot of mass. though i dont regret eating for cleansing and clarity purposes, I do miss the passion for the sport. Trial and error are 2 BIG components of my life right now. My main goal is to find the ideal diet for me by combining Daniels, David wolf's and Weston Price's approach for good health and longevity. its good to know that there are people like you and many others who are helping other people to find them self's by changing their way of eating =)
